Intellectual Property: All software, source code, branding, logos, databases, content, workflows, referral methodologies, documentation, designs, AI features, and future enhancements are owned by Support Network Canada or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred. 5. User Content: Users retain ownership of uploaded content while granting a non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and use it solely to operate the platform. 6. Prohibited Activities: No hacking, unauthorized access, malware, impersonation, unlawful activity, scraping, reverse engineering, or infringement of intellectual property. 7. Privacy: Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws and the platform's Privacy Policy. 8. Third-Party Organizations: Participating organizations remain responsible for their own services and information. 9. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Support Network Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, service interruptions, third-party acts, or cybersecurity incidents beyond its reasonable control. 10.
